    • Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition, with tags and packaging.
    • We pay return shipping on approved returns. The only exception is a non-faulty exchange you choose, where you pay the exchange delivery.
    • Damaged, defective or wrong item? Exchanges are free. Send photos and your order number.
    • Customised or embroidered items can’t be returned unless faulty.

    Which size should I choose?

    Go by your child’s height (see the Size guide above). If they’re between sizes, choose the bigger one.

    Is there free delivery?

    Yes. The Sibling Pack’s 4-Pack ships free, and so does any order of Rs 2,499 or more. Below that, delivery is a flat Rs 200 anywhere in Pakistan.

    How long does delivery take to Lahore?

    3–5 working days anywhere in Pakistan, including Lahore.

    Can I pay cash on delivery?

    Yes. Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan.

    Can I exchange the size?

    Yes, within 7 days if it’s unused and unwashed. Because the item isn’t faulty, you pay the exchange delivery.
